Question

Has anyone seen a response like below. Is court of veterans appeals CAVC or is it within BVA or did he mean to type BVA? I am confused by it.

"We have forwardedyour inquiry to the Court of Veteran Appeals for clarification on yourquestions. They should contact you with additional information. We apologizefor the inconvenience."

No, but mine goes like this: Send in an inquiry, thinking it is going to the Houston RO (that is the box I checked), but I get a canned response from the National IRIS Center telling me that they will forward to the Houston RO office. About a month or so later I will get another canned response from the Houston RO that a "Supervisor" is looking into it, and then it ends....A waste of time. Do not know why I waste my time.

I think there is something else going on. I just don't know what.
