Ken Carpenter is not hiding.  He gets all the cases he needs, because of his fantastic reputation, and he does not even really need a website.  He is "old school"...his office told me he "does not accept" an email of your BVA denial..you must send it by snail mail.

I did exactly that, and sent him a snail mail of my bva denial.  He wrote back and offered to represent me.  However it was "too late" as I had already hired Chris Attig to represent me.

Ken Carpenter is probably the best attorney you can hire, but you have got to understand he is "behind the times" in technology, including his lack of a website.

He has done much for Vets, and you get to choose whether to send him your stuff via snail mail, or hire someone else, that is, if he is not so busy he is not currently accepting cases, which is likely the case.

Anyone know if Ken Carpenter, Topeka, KS, is still practicing VA law?? I just read "Buie" and feel he may be the one that would/should take my appeal to the CAVC. Thanks!
