Need Advice

Recommended Posts

I just got the DA 199 form wich is PEB findings, they rate me at 80% with permanent retirement, all conditions was combat related due for my several tours to Irak and Afganistan.

1-I am E-6 with 14 years service in the army

2- Receiving a 90% compensation from VA.

3- Receiving social security benefits.

Here is my questions.

1-Can i receive the both pay, VA compensation and FULL Disability retirement?

2-Can I cualified for CRDP or CRSC?

comments will be welcome

Thisa link explains the criteria for these benefits.

Also there is much past discussion here under search for CRDP CRSC.

With the 90% SC from VA and SSDI, did the VA award you TDIU at the 100% rate?

If not did they send you the TDIU 21-8940 form?

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
