I was so overjoyed that I moved from Gathering Evidence to Preparation for Decision after 24 months (Does take much). Well, I am back to Gathering Evidence. Just fustrated.

The XO was a real jerk so the cook sprayed the ladder with cooking spray and when the XO tried to climb the ladder, he fell and rang his bell on every step.

Does Ebenefits use cooking oil on its site?

Did they ever release a directors cut of that movie? I recall a lot of jumps in the story, and would think the movie might have been better if they showed you all of it!

I hope so. The reason I foolishly "tripped the wire" was because I had spoken to a VA rep on the phone the other day, who informed me that the VA had closed out three of the doctor's offices requests for information due to nonresponsiveness from the offices. After learning of this, I contacted them directly myself to obtain the records, and forwarded the information I could get via VONAPP.

The three offices weren't extremely pertinent to my claims, but I felt that at a minimum they would show at least some supporting evidence, and the rationale I had was that it was best to give 'em everything I could right now............but once again, they immediately sent me back to the "Gathering Evidence" pit just a few hours after I submitted it. Could be a coincidence, I reckon though.

My own fault though for not going ahead and getting the information myself up front instead of relying on the VA to fish around and make the calls.

Well it's frustrating when for a third time 3 deferred issues are kicked back from the notification to review iif evidence for a forth time. I submitted my claim back in July of 2010 this Is a total WTF case VA is dropping the ball yet again hopefully ebenefits is wrong since I talked to someone 4 hours prior who said I was in the notification phase lost for words and the ones I have are all four letters lol

Well it said my account went backwards in the claim but my ab8 letter says Ive had an increase from 10 to 30 % so Im just waiting to talk to anyone on monday to find out more details. Anyone have the same experience?

And well I just checked the snail mail from Saturday and I got my letter now just one more issue and I'm rated at 30% hoping that next issue puts me at 40% but relieved my 22 month claims almost done good luck to all
