Havent seen any success stories lately from this office. Houston regional office is by far the worst office to deal with, and has one of the biggest backlogs. In my case it took over a year just to get a c/p exam. I have had a de novo review request in the system for 15 months now and most regional offices deal with de novo's within a year... First C/P exam was 7/6/2011 and C/P exam on 11/1/2011. It will be 15 months on 4/23/12 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,and still waiting.
