Question

I have had a NOD at my RO since 04/08/2010, and after getting an IMO and other evidence, I recieved an award of 10% for hearing loss. All other contentions were deferred. I had a C&P exam on March 16th; another on March 21st. Ebenefits shows on March 22nd that it was in "review of evidence;" it moved to "prep for decision on April 13th"; now it has moved to " Pending decision approval" on April 25th. I think this moved quite quickly after the C&P exams but I don't know if that is good news or not so good----what do you folks think???
