It sure would be nice to go and order hearing aid batteries. Site has been down about a week. I wonder how many millions they are wasting this time to update the worthless site.

Be sure and include your last four, Brand Name and Model of your hearing aids serial number and battery type.

You can call them at (303) 914-5150

Ebenefits works most of the time for me you may be having problems with password or your security settings.

My experience is that it is often down on weekends.

Thanks-I had to call long distance to order. Site won't let me order batteries-I guess I use the aids too much so they put a block on the account till next month. Calling took care of the problem!

Still getting an error on the C&P status page. I can see the claims, but can't get into the detail view for any.
