JOHN1 Posted June 13, 2012 Share Posted June 13, 2012 (edited) Am 100% PTSD and filed for it to become P&T and no further exams as of Jan 2012.( mentally, just can't take anymore C&P exams) Letter of decision is in the mail and should get it this week. If P&T is awarded where do I go to find the benefits. I am 64 and have 2 minor children and a wife. Any kind of "retro" benefits? JOHN1 Posted June 21, 2012 Author Share Posted June 21, 2012 Got the letter today but a little confused. states "Basic eligibility to Dependents Education Assistance is granted as the evidence shows the veteran currently has a total service-connected disability, permanent in nature, effective January 20 2012.
