In short I filed under BDD Oct 2010 and retired 28 Feb 11. Received my rating of 60% with two items defered in Jan 12, effective date Feb 12. Retro payment received May 12 and today received word of increase. As so many have said before, waiting can make you crazy if you let it. I feel my wait pales in comparison to many others (and this was my initial claim). Thanks again to all who have answered my questions and offered advice, that encouragement can pull you out of a rough spot during times of frustration. To those just beginning the fight, stay strong and follow the footsteps of those who have been carrying the guidon for soo many years.
