JOHN1
Been 100% PTSD for 1 year, applied and now Permanent and Total. Am 65 yrs old My Question: Is it "unusual" to loose this status, my PTSD had worsened over the years and all is well documented. HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted August 26, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 26, 2012 Very unusual unless you go to the VA and tell them you are cured and that you now have a job paying 100,000 bucks a year. I am 62 and have been P&T for almost 11 years. I have not gotten any orders to show up for C&P exam on my TDIU P&T. During the 11 years I filed numerous claims for other conditions and for housebound. No problems!
HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted August 26, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 26, 2012 You should be okay. It's unlikely they'll reduce it. jmo pr
stillhere
With your age and rating I don't seem them messing with you anymore. Try and enjoy your life more!
HadIt.com Elder Chuck75 Posted August 27, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 27, 2012 100% PTSD P&T - - - May get you involved with the feduciary program, if you say to the VA such things as the wife manages the checkbook.
