HadIt.com Elder Skipdawg Posted March 21, 2013 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 21, 2013 Not if you can present a solid case you can not hold down gainfull employment. If you would miss many days of work a mony say do to your health state that. If you have ever been fired or layed off due to your health state that. It may be tougher with do SCD 40% rating but if you can show you meet the criteria by not being able to work and showing that even having others that can vouch for that can give you approval for TDIU. Good luck.
StreetWalker
What are your disabilities? List them along with the percentage.
Moderator broncovet Posted March 22, 2013 Moderator Share Posted March 22, 2013 The VA will deny you any way they can. You have to fight them tooth and nail. Have you put in for an increase, along with your TDIU claim? Or, yes, you can try extra schedular TDIU.
