Kimmy
I get a 502 bad gateway error when I click "manage files" or "upload documents" at the top in the blue bar. Any helps? I've been trying everyday this week... I am getting this same error message. I uploaded a document in April but for the last couple of weeks I have not been able to upload new evidence that I need to upload for my husband claim. Please help. Kimmy
The document upload feature is working today. I guess you have to get in where you fit in. So I am uploading somethings today. Wife & loving personal assistant to my Gulf War Veteran
vern2
I tried that around March or so and the documents either never got received or they just did what they always do and act like they never receive them. LOL. The upload is a CROCK, because your files can only be so large and most documents surpass that limit easily. Also, you can't print anything or save anything that says what you uploaded, so what's the point all they have to say is not received which you get that from hand carried too but at least you can get something from the rep saying what you gave the RO. good luck and God bless Just right click and copy the pages after documents and save in a MS Word document, give it name for what you uploaded and then save it in file for your va claim. Works for me. Vern
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted August 1, 2013 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 1, 2013 I filed for an increase recently for DmII. Ebenefits says it is a new claim. Do I need to fix this or is this normal. Could I upload a document of my own saying I am asking for an increase on an established claim? I have never used Ebenefits. I believe in putting the document in the VA's hand and getting a receipt.
