This total disability is considered permanent. You are not scheduled for future examinations. Great news or what? Since 2010. Celebration. Many additional benefits for 100 percent with P&T status. Be sure to check them all out, to include state benefits. Also, at 100 percent (even without P&T status) the vet gets dental care.
