studies are showing alot of kidney cancer amnong DS vets, but they are holding tight on the info, they should be screening DS vets to see if they have kidney issues because its a silent killer., also they are finding DS vets brains are different that non DS vets. why arent they doing aggressive studies to try and find out what it is. The brittish soldiers who served in DS , got comprehensive detox, cheaitn therapy, and generous compensation packages fromn thier govt. Why , because they acknowledged thier ilnesses. Brittain is not a huge country like hours, anf the govt know,s if they dont take care of thier troops, they wont have anyone to defend thier country.

I'll sound on this one I'm a Vet from OIF and DS and ended up having Kidney Cancer (RCC) on my right side. The VA found it the same month I retired from the USAF in 2010. Yet the VA says there is no link or proof it hapened in service duhhhh. Geez they only found it the month I retired when I went in to get a physical and to start my VA healthcare. Luckily I had a decent VA PCP and she seen my history and ordered a CT of my chest and Abdomen and there it was plain as day. She saved my life it is a silent killer I had no idea I had it.

And pay attention to the parts they ignore. If they don't mention it, it is probably important.

If I am 100% temp for PTSD and I also have several gulf war syndrome related problems how can I get my rating to reflect all those things? Or is it jus best to leave it at PTSD for now? it says I have a year to appeal my decision I don't want to rock the boat on the 100% I am now getting, but I also want my disabilities to be correctly recorded for now and future when maybe they say they want to take it back bc it was all just PTSD.

Did you claim the gulf war syndrome problems? You can't appeal them if you did not claim them. I would appeal your denial of Chapter 35.
