Two claims are stuck on "received" One stating request for evidence over due.....But when I go inside, it states evidence received 8/30/13...so their own site shows they have the evidence. It shows in "what we never received" part, about 7 things they say they never got but in the "evidence" part it shows the things there. Some of them 2 or 3 times.
