Ssoc Question?

Not sure of where to ask this but , when an appeal is remanded to AMC for no SSOC any clues as to how long it takes for one to be in the mail? Its been 20 + days since remand notice from VLJ and nothing yet?

Well I am sure you know you are going to have a very tough fight unless you can show direct exposure. While there is a bill they are trying to get through the congress at this time it appears to be just like the rest and will die in committee and might or should I say would have to be picked up again under another congress from what I hear.

If you were Blue Water Navy ,during the Vietnam War ,have you checked the AO Ship list from VA to see if your ship was presumed as exposed to AO?
