Good Morning Everyone!

We are totally BLOWN AWAY this morning! We got an email late last night, asking us to be on Fox News Channels morning show, Fox & Friends, tomorrow morning!

We are being asked to discuss Veteranwarriors plan to Overhaul the VA and comments on the VA's latest attempts to strip veterans of legal rights with backdoor Federal Registry filings, rather than going through Congressional hearings and public comment.

Words cannot express how profoundly humbled we are to represent ALL veterans, their families and caregivers in this fight. To say that we are honored to continue this fight for you is hugely understated!

This message was sent by Lauren Price regarding "The Department of Veterans Affairs: Overhaul the claims processing & create mandatory claims deadlines."

Mrs Price is an amazing woman. If she doesnt inspire you to get off your ass and do something your not inspirable. This woman has a terminal ilness and is STILL fighting the VA. THat is a a warrior spirit! I believe this is the start of a grass roots movement that is going to change the way the VA operates. Maybe not today, maybe not tommorow., but it will change. Introducing and putting into law, methods to hold the personnel at the VA ACCOUNTABLE for thier actions will be the key to change. they wont change on thier own.

One out of 3 claims are wrong and wrong in favor of the VA not the veteran. Do you think that is a coincidence? its not they are stealing from the veterans by denying claims so they can use the money for other purposes.

God bless Mrs. Price...truly an American hero. We couldn't wish for a better advocate.

Correction: 64% of all claims which reach the CAVC are reversed, vacated or remanded for error. An important distinction. This also represents just the appealed claims that high. It does not contemplate that, of the expected 1 million claims to be filed in 2014, fully 950,000 will go unanswered and allow the VA to commit gross error- all for lack of knowledge or indifference.
