HadIt.com Elder Chuck75 Posted April 20, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 20, 2014 (edited) Here in Georgia, prescriptions issued by Georgia doctors, by law, expire every six months. The VA seems to follow this as well, if they happen to think about it. In any event even getting an outside doctors prescription filled by the VA involves seeing a VA PCP. (At least on paper.) (Long story behind that one!) I recently ran into something that has again reared it ugly head. Seems that the VA in my local area not only cannot (for whatever reasons) meet the thirty days or less appointment rule, the My Health Benefit area is not showing any recent data added. (Appointments, Lab data, etc.) It looks like somebody forgot to tell the software that it's now 2014. Edited April 20, 2014 by Chuck75
