Was your claim at the BVA? Again congratulations on your HUGE VICTORY!!! Shyne-I Hypertension 60% Sleep Apnea 50% Gout 40% Chronic Lower Back 40% GERD 30% RT Knee 20% RT Ankle 20% Lt Knee 20% Lt Ankle 20% RT Shoulder repair 20% Bilateral Tinnitus 10% Pes Planus 10% 100% Schedular Rating "Permanent" BVA then went to AMC....... My original claim was dated within the 1 year that I got out of the serivce and ALL my evidence could be located within my medical records......just kept fighting them. I didn't settle..... Additionally i was able to show the 'date stamped' from the VA on ALL my paperwork.....lesson...each you submit something do it in person if you can and receive a 'date stamped' from the VA...this way when they loose it you have your copy showing the date!!!!
