C&p Dr Decision

Question

So I read my C&P, the Dr. wrote that there was no medical evidence based on my IMO from my own DRs to support a nexus that my PAD was secondary to my SC DMII. That does not should like she formulated her medical opinion based on her examination of me, which was brief.

Am I off base here?

Thanks,

Hugh

Please disregard my replies here:

This is new info you have posted in a different forum.....confusing

"So I read my C&P, the Dr. wrote that there was no medical evidence based on my IMO from my own DRs to support a nexus that my PAD was secondary to my SC DMII. That does not should like she formulated her medical opinion based on her examination of me, which was brief."

She questioned their medical rationale. I hope they gave a strong medical rationale.and enclosed their Curriculum Vitae as their expertise probably outweighs hers.

I dont understand the reconsideration request now at all.....

VA already considered the IMOs via the C & P.

The Drs IMO was nothing more than a statement "it is least as likely than not that my PAD was secondary to my DMII, that is what the DAV SO told me that was all I needed. I was never told by the DAV SO to have to DRs do a complete medical evaluation with a support letter to back up their findings. I did not know any better. I can post the C&P Drs decision of you would like to read it.

Thanks,

Hugh

If you have the DAV as your power of attorney they can do anything "they" want, cuz you authorized them to do it, by signing the POA. Just sayin . . .

pr

Yup and I thought they were going to advocate for me, NOT!! any claim I filed through them, I did all the work, any advice them gave me I thought was in my best interest. I had one good DAV SO years ago and I found out he left the DAV. Now when I call I get passed around to a different SO. I called to day and they are all at the DAV convention till net Tuesday, great I have no SO to speak with at the DAV cause all of them are at a convention.
