Hi folks i have a quick question

I'm in the last stage of my peb, rated 100 va 100 dod would bringing in a copy of my ratings help my ssdi claim??

Yes. Definately. SSDI has a directive to expedite Veterans claims.

Thanks guys, was wondering because i was told ssa don't care about va and dod ratings. Thanks for the info.

Also, im still active duty so i submitted under the wounded warrior program i was denied because they said i make too much money but i had to explain to them that on the ssa website my pay doesnt matter under the wounded warrior program i get out the military in less than 30 days... I haven't done any work since January 2013 i had to submit a paper signed by my commander saying all i do is show up at 0900 and have to have a nco everywhere i go and im off at 11:30 due to profile limitations.. Im rated 100% for paranoid schizophrenia alone so i appealed my claim and put my ratings in with it i dont really know if my case is being expedited.. Maybe i should call monday and ask!!

Are you talking about SSDI(disability) or SSI(like welfare)?? With SSDI you are either disabled or not disabled and income only counts if it's earned income. You could receive dividends from stocks or rental income and still receive SSDI. SSI is for disabled people who have little or no income and haven't paid enough into the SS system.
