Filing For Ui Help!

Question

Hello my fellow vets...I have a question. I would like to apply for UI although I haven't had a job since I got out in 2013. I have been on interviews but my anxiety level and everything has always been against me during the interview process and I never get a call back. Will this be a issue for me not having employment since my medical retirement? I meet all other requirements and am currently on ssdi just need this clarified.

File for TDIU now.

It is actually helpful to your case that you have not worked since last year.

Enclose a copy of your ssdi award letter if it is for the same things as you are service connected for.

It sounds to me like you have a good case for TDIU. Focus on the mdd.

Also I am a bit confused I just tried to start my claim and it required me to reopen or open a new claim. I already have my claim reopened for MDD and new claims open for bipolar disorder cubical tunnel syndrome. Im so lost right now. Any advice?

add TDIU as increase (reopening) MDD. Bipolar is just another mental condition. MDD you are already rated at 50%. Now Bipolar, do you have a diagnosis already on file? they only compensate 1 mental conidtion regardless if you have PTSD, MDD, Bipolar, etc..
