Cue On Original Claim

Question

Hello everybody! I'm knew to this form so please bare with me if I am posting in the wrong form.

First some of the details on my CUE claim: I filed my original claim back in 1992 for Sarcoidosis and Ulnar nerve entrapment, I was awarded 30% for my Sarcoidosis but they never mention or adjudicated the Ulnar nerve entrapment. I took the 30% and never looked back until years later I started having problems with my wrist again. So I was told to file another claim and I did and this time they granted SC with a effective date of the second claim. After I was awarded for my wrist I filed a CUE for an effective date of the original claim.

Do I have a CUE for an effective date of the original claim?

Thanks,

saxman

sax,

Actually this wasn't that much of a bad mess up compared to all the claimants

that the va peeps just tossed all their claims, info and evidence into the shredders.

Update on this thread.

First I like to thank all those who has giving me advice on this particular thread.

I received my decision from the BVA yesterday and I was granted two, remanded one and denied one.  One of the big grants was my earlier effective date back to Jan 1993.  I particular want to thank Asknod for your advice on how to attack the EED. I took your advice and did a NOD for EED instead of trying to get the EED by way of CUE.

I wrote my own form 9.  I did all the research of applicable regulations and president case that applied to mine.  The VA law judge applied  some of the same regulations and cases that I had on my form 9.

Again, thank everybody that gave me advice!

This is money that my family and I really need whenever it  gets implemented.  I know it takes 3 signatures when it's over 25k.

Now the wait again, ugh!
