Did say I was denied IU tho. How do I get P&T? Is it just a time limit thing? Seems like I win and should feel good but still have missing pieces. I am just tired. If you were awarded 100%, then TDIU would be a moot issue and they would, of course, deny it. They may, or may not, have made you P&T. You won't know until you get the actual notice. By letter do you mean rating decision ? The rating decision should discuss being P&T or no future exams, or not being P&T and that future exams will be scheduled. pr is right on, you will need to know this from the official decision.
