Mikemmlj Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 I filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against my former employer over the way I was treated due to my PTSD. I just won a small amount of money and the company agreed to do further training on how to treat employees with disabilities. I won't post again on this thread because I have to sign a confidentiality agreement, but before I sign I want to share the good news. Merry Christmas! Berta Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 That is GREAT NEWs Mike!My dead husband was the first ADA EEOC winner here in NY state.It seemed to only take a few months.The company had to pay him too.
