At this time, with all his current conditions mentioned & considered above,

it doesn't preclude him from doing any sedentary type of work.

According to above they think you can still do a desk job or something les labor intensive. Jmho

I think the VA looks at it like this, if a veteran that is SC or Non SC disability(in certain conditions) Keeps him/her from doing the Job they were trained to do and can't work because of the disability they take that into consideration, unlike SSDI
