I won
after being retired from army in 1971 my husband has received different disabilities ranging from 10, 30, and 50. He has been receiving 30 percent for 18 years. He was afraid to request increase over the years because last time they decreased to 30. In October I helped him request increase. Today went online and it shows 100 percent permanent disability. I am shocked. He deserves it believe me. What is he eligible for since he is getting 100 percentage? October 2014 is the date of claim. Will he get back pay for November. December. January. February. and March? What about medical insurance? Life? Thanks for all your advise Notorious Kelly
