Bva Moving Fast?

Appealing for a Earlier effective date. Appeal letter was sent to me when appeal certified and got letter from BVA two weeks later. Went to ebennies and it shows already with law judge??

Is this possible? I also requested a hearing with the judge and have heard nothing on that?

I haven't been around for a while not feeling particularly well right now just trying to hang on for a while or more.

Not uncommon bud, so don't get too worked up and think it is bad news. Sometimes the VA actually does their job. Good luck and keep us posted.

All movement is good even when we don't know WTF is going on. Did you use a VSO, what do they say? SOOOOOME Body, SOOOOOMWHERE knows SOOOOOOMETHING! Good luck in tracking down that person. You'll probably have an Award/Denial letter in your hand before you can find your answer.
