coastie72
I read all the time about people having C&P exams scheduled 2-5 years down the road. I have not been able to find anything like that on my VA letters? Where exactly should I be looking? Thanks coastie72

0 diver
It also depends on wether or not they expect your problems to get better or not. I was 60% for 6 years and never had a C&P scheduled for me. The first time I did was when they gave me 50% mdd. In the packet stating what they found mine said it the bottom of the findings box for mdd that it was scheduled for reduction and C&P in 2020. coastie72

I really have a problem with this wording and I am sure this SOP, but most know that issues normally get worst over time so how can they "assume" things will get better and "aim" for a reduction in benefits. Not meaning to hijack the thread, just making a comment. 0 Moderator brokensoldier244th Posted April 10, 2015 Moderator Share Posted April 10, 2015 There has to be a metric of some kind, The VA can't just assume that all conditions continue on forever in perpetuity. MH issues can fluctuate daily, weekly, monthly. I don't think going to an exam every few years, especially if you aren't already going to some kind of regular treatment, is that onerous of a request. But, going with this logic, since MH problems can fluctuate so much, you could go to an exam today and appear fine, then tomorrow the bottom could fall out of your world and all hell breaks loose.
