How To Get To Front Of Line In Calling Varo

Discovered a way to get your phone call to front of line.

1. Must have problem with eBenefits, uploads, etc.

2. Call the 1-800-983-0937 number for eBenefits tech support.

3. Ask the tech support to transfer your call to the VARO for help. Make sure and explain the problem and listen to what tech support has to say. 99.9% of the time, tech support can not fix the problem. Today I was told that the system had crashed. Perhaps you could use this tactic as well.

This is where it gets interesting, as tech support transfers your phone call to head of the que.

Now how many of my fellow Vets have problems with eBenefits? EVERYONE!

Just follow these steps and be polite and have a legitimate problem B4 you try this process.

Another way is also to call 1.877.222.8387 and ask them to transfer you to the VBA/RO.

The reason this happens is VA has system that sends calls from them to top of line. So all transfer calls are put in front. I prefer to use their system where they call back at a certain time.
