This is exactly what I was talking about No reason and bases section and no full header.

What a bunch of cr_p. I have see several ratings like this and it is just too confusing. Now the veteran has to file a NOD but on what?

This is the worst, most careless decision I have seen, and I have seen some whoppers. There are no reasons and bases and it did not even identify the issue decided! Sloppy work like this is the reason appeals are so backed up.

I think Berta would suggest you ask VA to "Cue" themselves, because it is certainly error for no R and B and no issue! This decision looks like it went out too soon..before it was finished, to me.

Call your RO ASAP

& Ask them what is going on? Ask them why your decision letter is like this and then tell them what Allis wrong with ''The Letter they sent you?.no decision, no evidence to base there decision.no address on the letter head

Remember you can't Appeal a decision if you have no decision to Appeal.

Or Maybe just ask the VA to Cue themselves.

seems lately a lot of veterans are getting the same type decision letters with quotes mentioning ''your compensation will not change'' ...as mention by pete 92
