i laughed so hard i almost pooped a bit when i read that.  Nothing like obscuring the process, then after being revealed to being wrong 70% of the time when they deny, they make this look like a success.

70% - PTSD

->50% - OSA (Secondary to PTSD)

30% - Bilateral Pes Planus w/Plantar Fasciitis

30% - Migraines

10% - Tinnitus

20% - Back

0% - bilateral shin splints

Their new motto should be "We're wrong more often than we're right"

"If it's stupid but works, then it isn't stupid."

I sure have not seen some sudden increase in VA decisions here...and we represent a good microcosm of  claimants nationwide ,I think.

Maybe this is why my RO director tried to tell me my CUE claim was "over" a few months ago . I jumped on her for that.

I had filed a timely NOD that she 'forgot' about. It is still in progress and hopefully they are getting a General Counsel Opinion that I requested, to explain the specific regulations that involve my claim.

I think every claimant here needs to keep a good eye on the status of their pending issues.

And dont let them try to manipulate your NOD date as they tried to do to me...

NOD date Oct 2012 and they tried to change it to April 2015..

(In email from the Director) .if they do this to many other claimants as well, they have successfully ' reduced'  the backlog by manipulating our NOD filing dates.

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
