11cvolley
So I checked E-ben and noticed something new. Under the disabilities page that list your current disabilities there are 2 pending disabilities. 1 for IU, and another for ptsd as an increase. What does this mean? 0 Gastone
Do you currently have any Claims in for Increase? The IU may be for an "Inferred Claim" from a recent award. You still have to: 1. File the claim for IU. 2. Meet the IU Employment/Income guidelines. What is your current PTSD SC Rating? Have you had in excess of the VA $12,400.00 (Substantially Gainful Income, SGI) in earned income, over the past 12 months?Semper Fi
0 jfrei
I as well have 6 pending disabilities that were they go if you have an appeal with those disabilities and it stays pending until the VA's decision whether its good or bad.

Got denied, and filed NOD. Its been over 2 years since I filed the NOD. I'm currently 70% for ptsd and nothing else. I have not worked since mid 2010 I think. Mid 2010 or 2011. 0 jfrei
Are these pending disabilities listed on the NOD that's why I have those on my pending because they are listed on the NOD.
0 11cvolley
I found out from the #800 number that my case is being handled down in New Mexico. Last time I checked it was at my regional office way up North East. Keeping my fingers crossed for IU to be awarded before the end of the year. It would be very 'weird' if I get an award this coming week. It'll be within 30 days of my initial award 4 years ago.
