Question

Discussion on ebenefits today:

Has my claim for secondary conditions had any movement?

VA -

At this time, your case is in the same status and there have not been any updates since the last time you contacted us nov 3,10,13,17,19,

Is there anything else I may assist you with today?

Me -

I guess I don't really know what to say to that response.

(keep in mind it has changed status several times over this period of time)

Well, As a VHA employee.....my claim is STUCK and has been a mess since they closed it 3/10/15 based on lies - never got to C&P.

VBA doesn't help any of us Veteran Employees. We're all stuck in the same boat. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting........(stuck in NOD since 6/3/15). My status NEVER changes.

Here's a recommendation for what it's worth- not going to get into the timeline or e-benny watch discussion.

whenever I contact the VA for an update I use the "chat" line.  Usually takes a couple times to get thru because I usually get the "busy time note" but I just keep hitting the enter button and within 5-10 tries been lucky.

reason I use the "chat" is when done I can print a transcript of discussion if needed for no other reason than have it for future reference.

just my 2 cents
