Nexus Letter?

Got some great information tonight from the hadit  radio  program show

I sent in a lot of records and evidence including printed off pdf files from  Confidential VA Notes from MH

I never was treated for PTSD while in the military...but now seeking help with it at my VA, MH Doc diagnosed me with the DSM5 PTSD Unspecific depressive disorders, in treatment currently  had about 30 sessions with LCSW and he says more to come in 2016

but the one thing I failed to do was send a Dr's Nexus Letter.

so I expect a denial...if that happens I will send them back my NOD(their suppose to send that form if they deny my claim correct)

I'll either ask them to reconsider their decision or ask for  DRO Hearing hopefully at my RO.

in the mean time while I wait for the Bad news  I'll be checking on me A good private    Dr Specializing in PTSD

Altho the VA Raters or who decides the claims don't know about my sleep apnea diagnose ( VA put me on a c-pap machine) After I filed my PTSD Claim  but they do know about my sleep disturbances

Anyway you veterans out there should tune in to the hadit podcast radio show  great information its free  I listen to them every chance I get here on my lap-top

  .......Thanks
