T Bird - Recent Website Changes

Rate this question

Question

Just wanted to say I appreciate all the work you have done on the site and your desire to improve things.  I feel as though the recent changes are a step in the wrong direction though.  The site was easy to navigate and once logged in you could easily review new content.  The recent changes have me very confused and seem to be counter-intuitive.  It is your site site so you can make the changes you want but I'd suggest you go back to the previous format if possible.

Fact is I didn't want to do the upgrade either. However, each upgrade contains bug fixes and the old version is no longer supported. So I pretty much had to upgrade it to keep up with security upgrades, bug fixes and continue to receive tech support.

I'm still learning it myself but if anyone needs tech support send me a pm and I can arrange a one on one screen sharing to help.

I am really sorry that the upgrade is providing so much trouble for folks.

I am writing my memoirs and would love it if you could help a shipmate out and look at it.

I've had a few challenges, perhaps the same as you. I relate them here to demonstrate that we can learn, overcome, and find purpose in life.

The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans.

Tbird,
It is not that bad of a problem. It just takes some time to get used to it.

On the top of the forum, I got to "Activity".

Under "Activity", I go to "All Activity".

When that comes up, it lists all activity on the site from the newest to the oldest.

Its pretty much the same as the new content link that used to be on the right top side.
