New Claim on Ebennies - I am confused?

Rate this question

Navy4life

Question

Okay so now I have a new claim started as of today and I didn't file it.  I am a bit confused because my FDC which was filed a few weeks ago has the contention listed on it that is now a separate and new claim????

My FDC already had my Left Ankle contention increase request on it so why am I now getting a separate claim open for it?  Has anyone else experienced this?

Navy4life you can file the form 21-22 and ask to revoke your DAV as your POA  But its likely to take years, unless you stay on theIr ass about it.  Its not eazy to fire them/revoke them as some veteran here on hadit knows all to well

I will just keep them until I Need to hire an attorney  then when they file to become my Rep  the DAV Is automatically out and he new attorney becomes your POA

In the mean time I guess I'll just keep them for now  although their useless

No mam you don't. you can represent yourself  you and your hubby or a good friend/family member

DRO Hearing was my best choice and I won...just remember probative evidence wins.

Thanks Buck!

i will do my best. I'm pretty sure I will prevail. Just need to go over all evidence I have and make sure I have what I need.

Again thank you!!!
