I am writing my memoirs and would love it if you could help a shipmate out and look at it.

I've had a few challenges, perhaps the same as you. I relate them here to demonstrate that we can learn, overcome, and find purpose in life.

The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans.

I got denied, then the BVA awarded.  VARO implemented the BVA decision and "awarded" 0 percent.    That was in 2002.  It still has not been straightened out, after 16 years.

Left service in 1995 and initial SC awarded in 2000. Couple of denials and two visits with the BVA.

Retired USN 1975-  1997 no outprocessing as is these days.

So I was unaware of any rating.... in 2010 - night terrors-anxiety - visited VA for health care, found out about a rating for my Rape/Attempted Murder in a Navy Barracks.  - 18 month later - low rated at 50, increased in 2016 to IU/70  with 3 years of PTSD  one on one therapy - ongoing.... due to inmate getting paroled- after he was Court Martialed for my assault, 3 months later-  he murdered his next victim.....I was the Prosecution's primary  witness at his Murder trial.... This was all in my initial claim- 50% my ....&*^%.

ETS was 1984

In 2015 I filed claim, award was backdated to 2014.

I had no clue that I would be eligible for SC of anything due to the huge void of info about it during out processing.
