Maybe there will be no need for the Secretary to pursue fighting the Procopio decision........

This is Big news but all I have so far........

Olsrfr asked:

"Are you telling me that Essential
Tremors are now being considered an AO disability -" No but Secretary Wilkie could make decisions on the new presumptives by end of June but he might not even add anymore to the list.

Parkinsonian like symptoms, which I would think 'essential tremors' are, is one of the potential presumptives he is hopefully considering

I wrote to him with a strong argument to put HBP and stroke on the presumptive list.

We dont know what he will do- if anything.

"does this bill need Presidential signature - Senate approval?"

We expect the Senate to pass and the President to sign it. Also there is the Procopio decision, and he has not appealed that decision at the Supreme court.

I say "we" but I mean the original BWNVVA with John Rossie.

"How soon will the claims begin to flow? I've tried to make a claim for 6 years - never any help from the VA - thank you."

No idea how long these claims will take or even whether Nehmer will kick in.

Full Blown Parkinsons is an AO presumptive and has been since 2010
