paulstrgn
I filed for an EED for my SMC K on 6/11/2019 and it was approved on 7/3/2019. So far my cases seem to be moving fairly quickly. HONDOII
0 paulstrgn
When I filed in Feb 2019 a few hours later I started a new claim, I knew I would be filing for ED just did not have all the documents yet. Apparently when I started the new claim the system thought it was a duplicate. I never noticed until after my claim for ED was approved and they used the day of May 2019 instead. Under emails in eBenefits I just printed the emails where it showed I had started a new one in Feb as well and it was enough for the VA to agree with me. Now it was only for $300+ but it was the principal to me, plus I know my wife would have no problems spending the extra...LOL My blood pressure meds are not working and the ones he has me on now are causing me a lot of cramps in my body, which really sucks when you get these cramps in the middle of the night! I am a big believer in filing for secondary issues. VetMedic and ShrekTheTank 1

VBA - Veterans Benefits Administration. VA consists of 3 components: VBA, VHA, Cemetery Administration. So VBA is everything to do with benefits, and that's where I work. I faxed it in, it took almost 2 1/2 weeks to show up in Vets.gov. It was pretty much straight forward though, there was a system glitch and it did not pick up the date of 2/17/2019, instead it showed

I call them a lot when I have a claim pending, sometimes twice a week. You might want to call the White House 800# as well, it can't hurt. Good luck.
