Supplemental claim status

Does va.gov ever show the status of a supplemental claim?  I have been showing ‘status unknown’ for a couple months now.

That is unusual but I cannot say since I am still in the legacy NOD system for my appeal.  I would call Peggy and ask what your status is.  If you have a rep I would ask them to look up your case on VBMS.

As Vetquest said, call Peggy and MAYBE  they can give you a status. But they couldn't (or wouldn't) give me a status update. The reason they gave was, and I don't buy it), is that the time frame for a Supplemental Claim is supposed to be 125 days, so there is a lot of back and forth movement and it is too hard to track and give an accurate answer! No kidding. The good news is that it really is a lot faster for most claims used to be. Call Peggy once in a while. Happy Hunting.
