Question

My question is, has anyone had luck with the whitehouse hotline. I need to resolve a matter with physical therapy and need to see if they can help, thanks.

Jefmil50  Honestly, we've seen mixed results. But most of the time they are not too quick to respond, and aren't of significant help. But, again, there has been some good stuff. I think especially if it is something that has been stuck someplace and not moving. It really can't hurt it.Try it.

It was a mixed bag for me. Took about one to two months to have my issues addressed.

If the concern is with VA physical therapy, it might be worth trying to contact the patient advocate first.

The good thing about WH hotline is they are there 24/7.
