Will ebenny show a tdiu award? My case is closed my % ( 70 ptsd-20 shoulder ) is 80%.

No it will not show a TDIU award under disabilities.... It may show it under Benefits ( in the list on the left of the screen ) along with any SMC's , supplemental benefits such as chapter 35 for your family members

Ebenefits is inaccurate EXCEPT that, if you have a letter in ebenefits that says you are sc at _percent, then its usually accurate.  Like the rest of us, you will need to wait for the envelope.  Yes, I know its frustrating, but all of us went through it.

But it will say under the VA letters if you are or aren’t rated 100% for Tdiu or if it permanent and total.

It will say If it’s P and T which if you have a family ChampVA is good usually
