It happened three times and the last time it happened the person trying to relocate it fractured my shoulder and after convalescent leave the same person have me an epts discharge and I'm not sure how much of a choice I had. What kind of discharge did you get??  This site says the (Veteran) can not request an ELS discharge.  If you need a discharge upgrade, you can apply for one.

Hey @Realcooldude

Looks like we need some more information to help you.  How long were you in service before this happened?

Did this happen in service, or was it aggravated by something the military had you doing?

Did a doctor put in for the ELS discharge?

Have you filed a claim?

Are you rated for any disability?
