1 63Charlie
SOP for dealing with all matters VA is just like the US Army was, "hurry up and wait". The VA instructs one to hurry up, and then you wait.

0 Carl the Engineer
The VA creates cryptic messages just to f*** with us. I am going out on a limb here and say it looks good, Hamslice “There is no hook my friend. There's only what we do.” Doc Holiday
0 Moderator broncovet Posted March 19, 2020 Moderator Share Posted March 19, 2020 (edited) Yes, HE COULD probably give you the skinny. However, my suggestion is you wait, as you will know in due time. Your attorney doesnt want you calling him every day, just because ebnefits changes. Im sure he knows ebenefits is unreliable, and he will wait for the (decision) in VBMS. He will call you when he gets notification of "real" news, ebenefits is "fake" news. I dont think your attorney will want to "speculate" on what ebenefits means, thats like asking: Quote What does it mean to my claim when my 3 year old neighbor girl suddenly stops playing with dolls? It means your 3 year old neighbor stopped playing with dolls, and ebenefits remains unreliable and not up to date. PS: "About a month" after ebenefits made a major change similar to yours, I got a decision where I was granted benefits. Yes, I know how frustrating it is to wait on VA.
