If the exam was not performed correctly it is imperative that you inform the VA or your VSO in writing the deficiencies you encountered during your exam. I had a an exam in Aug 2018, I am still challenging the exam. One fact that I am challenging is that a Goniometer was not used and the examiner spoke no English. The kicker is they say he said I don't have flat feet, I would think if he would have had me to take off my shoes and socks he would have seen I do have flat feet. I had exams through them maybe 5-6 years ago. My experience was great as back then they used actual doctors instead of NPs. The doctor I had was very veteran friendly. Her entire office was set up
