I received the image below and I have been googling it all day and have not found this anywhere.  Has anyone seen this before and if so what is happening?

It could be a review of your claim to make sure everything is right and there is not pyramiding or something they missed.

 Remembering back to my claims , Shrek  don't worry to much about what this says  they usually all say this from time to time,  its just letting you know if you have anymore documents to submit with your claim then send them in, I got this message  before and that's basically all there were to it.

They put what is happening with your claim and just letting you know  if you have any other documents that would help your claim  then send it in  I believe that's all this means.

So they updated this today.  Now it say Missed Covid Test.  

I am like what are you talking about?  I have had 3 and negative each time.  I think it is something administrative.
