Imagine that!  An SOC or SSOC that does nothing.

They never did do anything, that is why they were eliminated with AMA, and why I opted in for AMA and stay in AMA.

Mostly, if you apply for SMC S housebound "in fact", you usually have to go to a c and p exam.  Did your doctor say you were "substantially confined" to the premises?

Mr Cue

It looks like your going to need a Dr to examine you and read your medical rcords and have him to give his medical opinion to state that you can't leave your home due to your service connected disabilitys,,, Now if your IU or 100% and you have another seperate rating rated at 60% or higher  then thats a starutory rating and they are suppose to infer the SMC S H.B...OTHER than this  you will need a Dr to say that you are housebound or substantially confined" to the premises?

I wish I knew a Dr that would say that for me, it seems these Dr's Can get us more $$$ if we pay them enough to say we are housebound or substantially confined" to the premises?

but what goes around comes around.

I hate it the VA is giving you problems  but you got to do what you need to do  if appeal to the courts will help  I wish you the best.

I would never pay a Dr to give his opinion.

The va don't even address there own va doctor opinion what make ppl think they will give a private doctor report any weight.

The case is been return to the bva so now I will be take a brake from all this.

Oh and years ago I pay a doctor for a medical report on my condition and tdiu.

I got tdiu but the doctor report had nothing to do with it

First of all if you go to the BVA, the judge will reads all of your medical records on file at the time of your appeal he or she will make a decision on your private or Va doctors reports and weight it against any C&P exam you had they do read them. (unlike a va rater)

Well in my case I got extra scheduler tdiu back to 1993-2001 from a bva decision

Because of a va error decision.

There isn't anything in my decision about the private doctor report I pay for in the decision do I feel it was a waste of money just my opinion

But  for this appeal I feel I will get a better decision once return to bva.

We will see

Woo this is moving fast I just put in the waiver of the 30 day period on the ssoc.

I just put in the va form 9 the same day. Also.

I said I was going to relax but I just had to check va.gov.

And find out that they didn't merge my  mmd issue back with the cavc remand. They are try to give it a new docket. It state it's 122000 appeal a head of me on this issue Smh here go another fight.

By law it should have been merge back with the cavc remand.

These are the va games I hate.
