0 Moderator pacmanx1 Posted June 22, 2021 Moderator Share Posted June 22, 2021 Buck try this Find A VA Form | Veterans Affairs My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions. Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up. I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records. 0 HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted June 22, 2021 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 22, 2021 I am pretty sure that if you are over 65 you don't need to submit the TDIU employment verification. I was told this in a letter from VA last year. They did say the VA would be checking IRS records and SSA records to check employment. If you get a W-2 I would worry about making more than poverty wages and getting TDIU. I think that VA assumes if you are over 65 you are not working but when you assume you make an ass out of you and an ass out of me , ha, ha. Its a useless form but if I send in on a piece of plain piece paper they may kick it back to I'm going to use this form to request a historic Audit of my claim back to April 1998. ** (Thank you Dee James for that pdf link)** I appreciate it buddy.
