My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

21-4138 are being discontinued. You can still use them but they are not going to be accepted at some point.

The new form for that is https://www.va.gov/find-forms/about-form-21-10210/

(I AM NOT A RATER- I work the claims BEFORE they are rated, annotating medical evidence in your records, VA and Legal documents,  and DA/DD forms- basically a paralegal/vso/etc except that I also evaluate your records based on Caluza and try to justify and schedule the exams that you go to based on whether or not your records have enough in them to warrant those)

I am pretty sure that if you are over 65 you don't need to submit the TDIU employment verification.  I was told this in a letter from VA last year.  They did say the VA would be checking IRS records and SSA records to check employment.  If you get a W-2 I would worry about making more than poverty wages and getting TDIU.   I think that VA assumes if you are over 65 you are not working but when you assume you make an ass out of you and an ass out of me , ha, ha.

john999  your in reference to the unemployment questioner  21 -4140-1

as to which I just sent my last one in May 2021  yeah I am over 65  be 70 my birthday next month.

the 21 -4138  is the Statement in support of Claim form  or a form to ask the VA a Question  without just writing on a blank piece of paper.

Its a useless form but if I  send in on a piece of plain piece  paper  they may kick it back   to I'm going to use this form to request a historic Audit of my claim back to April 1998.

** (Thank you Dee James for that pdf  link)**

I appreciate it buddy.
