Are you saying you have a current OPEN claim, or a DENIED claim for hearing loss and asthma? Did you receive medical care while in the Marines? Were there complications? Was the veteran ( or are you the veteran ) ever a patient at Fayetteville, VAMC? If not what VAMC is this? I am successful FTCA/1151er- I have lots of info on that here under FTCA/1151 forums. My bill ( passed the Senate unanimously) on VA malpractice, has gone to a VA medical comittee of House VAC-maybe the VARO saw something odd,in documented medical records, that they can't cover up- and do not want to be sued AGAIN.
